SIETTA 2026 in Abidjan: transport, protocol and VIP logistics for your delegation

From 12 to 14 November 2026, the Palais de la Culture in Abidjan-Treichville hosts the 5th edition of SIETTA, the International Cashew Processing Equipment and Technology Trade Fair. Manufacturers, equipment suppliers, investors and international delegations will converge on the Ivorian economic capital for three days of B2B meetings, conferences and technology demonstrations.

Three intense days, a packed agenda, a city you may not know. Here is how to turn your attendance into a friction-free stay — and keep your energy for what matters: your meetings.

In short: Zénith Conciergerie organises meet-and-greet at Félix Houphouët-Boigny airport, transport with a dedicated chauffeur, accommodation and protocol for delegations attending SIETTA 2026, held from 12 to 14 November 2026 at the Palais de la Culture in Abidjan-Treichville. A single WhatsApp contact, a reply within 24 hours, complete arrangements from take-off to return.

SIETTA 2026 at a glance

Organised by the Conseil Coton Anacarde Karité (CCAK) around the theme "Cashew processing: beyond the kernel", the fair combines an international equipment exhibition, B2B business meetings, thematic workshops and technical visits. The industry's major organisations — the International Cashew Consultative Council, the African Cashew Alliance, MOVE/ComCashew — hold their international gatherings there. As Côte d'Ivoire is the world's leading producer of raw cashew nuts, the event draws delegations from Asia, Europe and across West Africa.

Arriving in Abidjan: the welcome that changes everything

Your stay begins at Félix Houphouët-Boigny airport, about fifteen minutes from Treichville via the Boulevard Valéry Giscard d'Estaing — outside rush hour. Our team awaits you as you leave the jet bridge:

Remember to apply for your e-visa in advance (issued online, collected at the airport) and to carry your yellow fever vaccination certificate, required on entry. We go through these points with you before departure.

Getting around during the fair

The Palais de la Culture stands in Treichville, directly opposite the Plateau business district on the other side of the Ébrié lagoon. That is an advantage: the best business hotels are less than ten minutes away by car. It is also a trap: the bridges linking Plateau and Treichville fill up quickly at rush hour.
